Reservation and contract process
Reservations deposit of $25,000 required to reserve.
Reservation forms will be emailed to you on April 19th.
At this time you will be able to view the price/availability and choose a unit.
The reservation deposit is fully refundable anytime prior to what we call "hard contract".
At hard contract you will have 15 calendar days to review the state approved condo docs, which will include the projected HOA dues, condominium by-laws outlined, site plan and floor plans etc.
The hard contract stage is expected in the late Summer or Fall. If you decide to proceed with a purchase for the unit you reserved - the signed contract along with additional deposit to equal 10% down will be due. This 10% total will include your $25,000 reservation deposit.
Construction is expected to begin this Fall or late 2016 and should take approximately 18 months.
An additional 20% will be due at the time construction begins for a total of 30% deposit.
BLU Condominiums will sit on 313' of gulf frontage.

Exterior of building is a white sand stucco with Cypress wood style accents
48 luxury residences
Parking will include 40 covered spaces - 17 will be assigned / 23 will be 1st come basis
West pool with zero entry / East pool will be heated
Spacious sun deck with fire pit near East pool
Rentals will be allowed - ResortQuest gross rental income projections are $50K to $70K.
